  • ErgoChair Pro 2.0 is suitable for people with height from 1.65m to 1.8m and weight from 55kg to 80kg.
  • ElysChair is suitable for people with height from 1.55m to 1.75m and weight from 40kg to 80kg.
  • FortisChair is suitable for people with height from 1.7m to 1.85m and weight from 50kg to 80kg.

Does the ergonomic chair mesh sag after long periods of sitting? Does Epione support a warranty for the mesh?

The seat net can sag due to manufacturer error, physical factors (large impact force, temperature, environmental humidity, time of use, etc.), or user misuse (non-standard sitting posture or different from common usage). In case the net sags for the first time due to any reason, Epione will support free net replacement. For problems with seat net damage from the second time, Epione still supports customers with a 10% discount based on the replacement cost.

The EasyCare service package includes 3 free home maintenance sessions and a fee of 100,000 VND for each subsequent maintenance session.
