Does the ergonomic chair mesh sag after long periods of sitting? Does Epione support a warranty for the mesh?

The seat net can sag due to manufacturer error, physical factors (large impact force, temperature, environmental humidity, time of use, etc.), or user misuse (non-standard sitting posture or different from common usage). In case the net sags for the first time due to any reason, Epione will support free net replacement. For problems with seat net damage from the second time, Epione still supports customers with a 10% discount based on the replacement cost.

You can completely clean your ergonomic chair at home based on Epione's Ergonomic Chair Cleaning Guide . For customers in Ho Chi Minh City, Epione currently supports EasyCare service for ergonomic chairs (including products that have expired warranty). The EasyCare service package includes 3 free home maintenance sessions and a fee of 100,000 VND for each subsequent maintenance session.
