Hello everyone, SiliconZ would like to update some of the latest news from the Omega 200W, Omega 100W and 65W charger projects:
After the production of the final prototypes and going through many rigorous testing stages on the entire product, ChargeAsap would like to announce: all products have passed the testing stage with the best results. With 200 prototypes meeting the standards, these prototypes will now be sent to those who participated in product testing for a final check before going into mass production.
The testing process will take 1-2 weeks so that the testers can clearly understand the product quality as well as re-check whether all functions are working stably or not.
If all final prototypes pass the final testing phase of the testers, ChargeAsap will proceed to mass production and is expected to ship by the end of May.
Omega 200W
Here are the final sample delivery times for the Omega 200W for testers:
09/04: Started trial production of 200 units
18/04: Trial production of 200 units has been completed and will be sent to beta testers
19/04 - 02/05: Final prototypes will be delivered to test participants
ChargeAsap will update the specific schedule after receiving feedback from test participants.
Omega 100W
The Omega 100W prototypes have been tested by ChargeAsap and all passed the rigorous testing. However, the production process has stopped due to technical reasons related to the MCU supplier who made a mistake in the specifications that ChargeAsap had previously provided. Therefore, the new MCU microcontrollers will be provided to ChargeAsap in June, so the production process may take longer than expected.
ChargeAsap will update the specific schedule after receiving information from the supplier.
Omega 65W
The Omega 65W prototypes have all passed the final testing round in China and will be delivered to final testers for objective product evaluation.
In addition, all Omega 200W, 100W and 65W samples have been sent to the product quality control center and will be BSMI and KC certified in the near future.
